My coaching services are the solution. You can have your session from the comfort of your home or at the office on your lunch break, I work with individuals and partners from all over the world. All of my services are offered over online video chat. I have had clients who travel for work see me from hotels around the world or in their office in between meetings. My services work best for individuals who are motivated to make changes in their lives, but are challenged with finding the time or energy.

I have years of formal training in the art of behavioral psychology, and I offer all my services over video chat so we can meet from anywhere you'd like. I’ve developed packages that address different areas of life. Each package teaches the clients different skills that can be quickly used to make life improvements. In addition, we’ll identify internal and external obstacles blocking your success, remove these obstacles, and put you on the path to achieving your goals.
Behavioral psychology often gives people fast results. However, it takes at least 2 months for new behaviors to become a habit. My packages are designed to take that amount of time. Sometimes though, clients choose to see me for longer to really make those new behaviors automatic. For this reason, I sometimes see clients for additional sessions, immediately following a particular skills package or periodically as needed.
Our work will be very goal oriented and there will be homework as well as checking-in between sessions. So clients must be highly motivated and meet regularly. Though I have a doctoral degree in clinical psychology, I only do behavioral coaching, which means I do not provide diagnoses for clients or attempt to treat disorders. I have chosen this avenue because I do not work from a pathology perspective or work with insurance companies. Additionally, coaching allows me to see clients in different states as well as internationally. Clients who work with me need to have internet access capable of supporting video chat. I have been practicing for 10 years and welcome all genders/orientations/ethnicities.
THE ROMANTIC PARTNERSHIP SKILLS PACKAGE
The Romantic Partnership Skills Package is based on the famous and effective Gottman behavioral method of improving romantic relationships. The package consists of 8 sessions in total. We will start with my learning about the history of your relationship. This meeting is done with all members present and at the end of the meeting I will observe you discussing a contentious topic with one another. Then we will do a meeting that is split into two. Half of the meeting will be with one individual and the other half with the other. This is a great opportunity for each person to feel heard. The next section of the package focuses on conveying your dreams to each other. You will delve into aspects of each other you might not have explored in a while. Then we will focus on skills that aid in compromise and problem solving. This is an area all of us could use a refresher in sometimes. We will follow this up with how to repair the relationship after fights. The last 3 sessions of the package have to do with enhancing the friendship and intimacy you share. These things serve as a buffer in the hard times and aid in our happiness and wellbeing. After the package is done, you can choose to sign up for additional sessions that focus on a specific follow-up topic of your choice. The total cost for the 8 session package is $1200. Each of the meetings lasts 45 mins. There is a lot of homework between meetings and I often will check-in with people throughout the week. THE COMPREHENSIVE LIFE SKILLS PACKAGE
The Comprehensive Life Skills Package is based on a method of behavioral psychology that covers four important domains. First discuss your background and what are you hoping to improve, as well as, assess you in each domain. The next meeting, we will begin with the first domain. The first domain focuses on Interpersonal Skills. You will learn tricks on how to ask for things, whether it be asking for something you want or asking someone to stop doing something. You will also learn language to help you express yourself. These skills are incredibly important in all relationships and equally important in the work place. We will discuss how to modify the skills to fit different contexts. The next domain focuses on Tolerating Distress. You will discover ways to combat your distress through the use of different techniques. This will keep you from being high-jacked by distressing situations and empower you to know you can handle almost anything. The next domain is Regulating Emotions. This section focuses on specific things you can do ensure you do not end up distressed in the first place. We will focus on aspects of your lifestyle that might be affecting your overall well being. Lastly, we’ll focus on how to stay present. We are all too often allowing ourselves to be everywhere but where we are. This is the hallmark of stress; however, there are techniques we can use to block out the stress and find content. We will learn the most validated approaches for doing this. This package covers a lot of skills in just 8 weeks. There will be a lot of homework and checking in between meetings. Each meeting is 45 mins and the total cost of the package is $1200 (Packages are sometimes offered at a sliding scale). This package is helpful to a broad range of people including many people who would like to become more successful in the workplace.
THE TARGETED BEHAVIOR PACKAGE
The Targeted Behavior Package focuses on one specific behavior you’d like to change. We’ll look very complexly at the behavior. Oftentimes the behavior will be something you feel like you can’t change and you might feel “stuck.” We’ll look into where this behavior came from and how it’s being reinforced. You’ll also discover how this behavior has affected the way you think and how this is affecting different aspects of your life. Changing an entrenched behavior is hard work and it will require daily attention. We will simultaneously work to extinguish the negative behavior and replace it with a new positive one. You’ll be expected to do a lot of homework and you’ll have to be consistent in your efforts for at least 8 weeks. That’s the minimum amount of time it takes to create a new habit or new behavior. That’s why the package is designed to be 8 weeks and you might choose to extend it if need be. We’ll use aspects of cognitive behavioral psychology as well as other behavioral psychology techniques to achieve your goal. Each meeting is 45 mins and the total cost of the package is $1200 (Packages are sometimes offered at a sliding scale). This package works for a variety of problems ranging from workplace anxiety to overeating (however, it is not intended to treat clinical disorders).
