About Caitlin
Are you feeling dissatisfied with your sex life?
Are you anxious about your sexual performance?
Is your sex life affecting your relationship and are you desperate to fix it?
As an As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Sex Therapist , I provide a safe and confidential place to talk about these difficult topics. It’s hard to reach out for help, especially in regards to such a highly personal and private topic. In our society, there are still a lot of shame-based viewpoints regarding sexuality. Perhaps you feel that you have no one to talk to and aren’t sure how to get help. As a therapist, my goal is to help my clients feel comfortable while dealing with a highly uncomfortable topic. I talk to my clients as I would anyone else, inviting them into a welcoming, friendly, and non-judgmental environment.
I surround myself with a diverse group of people, and understand how culture and globalization play a role in our modern relationships. We are a product of our environment, and if we haven’t been fortunate enough to grow up with a healthy sexual environment, we can lack the tools to develop and maintain a successful relationship, and a satisfying sex life.
I, myself, have suffered through years of relationship anxiety. It kept me from avoiding all uncomfortable feelings for many years and sabotaged my relationships. It was through my own personal therapy that I learned to have the confidence to work through my unresolved issues, this time with success. My goal is for my clients to experience this success, as well.
