Gregory Tilden, LMFT
Gregory Tilden, LMFT, is a trauma-informed psychotherapist who works with individuals and couples seeking deeper connection, healing, authenticity, and fulfillment in their relationships and intimate lives. He provides a warm, collaborative, and affirming space where clients can explore relationship challenges, sexuality, identity, attachment patterns, and personal growth without judgment.
Gregory specializes in couples counseling, sex therapy, trauma recovery, attachment wounds, and relationship repair. He works with clients navigating communication difficulties, emotional disconnection, intimacy concerns, desire discrepancies, life transitions, and the impact of past experiences on present relationships. His approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-based work, humanistic psychotherapy, and experiential approaches that support meaningful and lasting change.
He is LGBTQ+ affirming, trans-affirming, kink-aware, and welcoming of clients in polyamorous, consensually non-monogamous, and alternative relationship structures. Gregory also has particular experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and couples, including autistic and ADHD clients, as well as those navigating adoption, identity development, men's issues, and recovery from abuse or relational trauma.
Clients often describe Gregory as compassionate, thoughtful, grounded, and deeply engaged. Whether you are working through relationship struggles, exploring sexuality and intimacy, healing from trauma, or seeking greater self-understanding, Gregory provides a supportive environment where meaningful growth and connection can occur.
Gregory sees clients in person in Windsor, California, serving Sonoma County and the North Bay.
